## What Bloom does not do

- Does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor cycles, or run fertility treatment
- Does not dispense or ship medication (patient's specialty pharmacy supplies medication)
- Does not order or interpret labs or ultrasounds
- Does not change doses or protocols

No. Bloom carries out injection orders written by the patient's reproductive endocrinologist.

**Do you supply medication?**
No. The patient's specialty pharmacy ships medication to the patient.

**Is this covered by insurance?**
Bloom bills directly. Visits are generally HSA/FSA eligible; itemized superbills are provided for reimbursement through fertility benefit administrators.

**Who comes to the house?**
A registered nurse licensed in the patient's state, background-checked, and trained on fertility protocols.
