Trigger shots
The one that can't slip. Your nurse arrives early, confirms the exact time on your clinic's order, and administers inside the window.
Progesterone in oil (IM)
Deep intramuscular injections through the two-week wait and into early pregnancy — rotated sites, warmed oil, proper technique.
Injection training
If you'd rather do it yourself: a one-hour session, in person or by video, where a nurse walks you and your partner through mixing, dosing and site rotation.

Before you book.
Are you replacing my fertility clinic?
No. Bloom does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor or run cycles. Your reproductive endocrinologist stays in charge of your treatment; we carry out the injection orders they write.
Do you supply the medication?
No. Your specialty pharmacy ships your medication to you. Your nurse works from what you already have on hand and confirms it against your protocol before drawing anything up.
What if my trigger time changes at the last minute?
It usually does. Monitoring appointments move times constantly. Text us the update and we re-time the visit — same-day changes are expected, not penalized.
Is this covered by insurance?
Bloom bills you directly. Many patients are reimbursed through fertility benefits administrators, and visits are generally HSA/FSA eligible. We provide an itemized superbill after every visit.
Who is actually coming to my house?
A registered nurse licensed in your state, background-checked, and trained specifically on fertility protocols. You'll get their name and photo before the visit.

Share your medication calendar
Photograph the calendar from your clinic, or authorize us to request it. We transcribe every drug, dose, route and time into your visit schedule and read it back to you for confirmation.

Meet your nurse
You're matched with an RN licensed in your state who has been trained on fertility protocols. Where scheduling allows, the same nurse covers your entire cycle so you're not re-explaining anything at 9 PM.
